Cheats for TS4

I have used the cheat fill needs & even use the one disable needs decay. Even when my sim doesn't leave there property shortly their needs start to decay. I don't know if I am doing something wrong or what. Also I used the one auto bill pay & my lights got turned off for not paying bills. Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum mostprecious27, fill needs of the shift click 'make happy' does just that... it fills all the needs. You need to use the cheat option that stops the needs decaying... 'stop needs decay' I think from memory. So when you have 'testingcheats on' then shift click your sim you will see the option to stop the needs decaying in the same place as 'make happy'. 

Auto bill pay is just for that one bill. Each time the bills come in they need paying my your sim via mailbox or phone.
