It is not known if Sims 4 will have a Pets expansion. Once something official from EA has been released I am sure we'll be notified.

Since this question was originally posted on is for Official EA Announcements, It has been moved to general discussion and the topic has been locked. As we don't want to speculate any of what content will be coming in the Sims 4 game.
