Need Help (Searching for Milton Tong)

I was playing the World Adventures pack, suddenly my game glitched on me.
I had everything going out perfect for the family; the oldest married the Sim "Milton Tong" and I named their son, "Bradley" as a joke.
The Icons of my sims weren't working properly and I had to redid the story by delete the old one.

Now My main sim is looking for Milton Tong (I had an interesting story going for the two) and he is no where to be found; its like the game wipe  him off the face of the Earth.

Can you tell me where he normally hangs out at, cause I searched the whole town to look for the guy and looking for him is looking for a needle in the haystack.

He's homeless apparently, but works in the military. Maybe if you hang out around the base at quitting time, you'll find him.

If you have one or more of the expansions that bring additional NPC types into the game, he can also sometimes be found fulfilling one of those roles. But yes, as KRae says, he starts off as a homeless townie in Sunset Valley.

According to Wikia he often joins the professional sports career. So maybe hanging around the stadium as well as the base might help you find him.

His traits of handy, never nude, vegetarian, slob and heavy sleeper don't really suggest any places where he'd necessary be found, nor does his LTW of The Tinkerer.

Most sims tend to turn up to the library or walk around outside the shops in the Sunset Valley CBD, so maybe keep an eye on that area as well.
