[BUG] Graphic Issues In CAS - Mac - *Fixed*
« on: November 04, 2015, 04:40:56 PM »
I recently had an issue with my sims 3 game and now that I have caved in and purchased the sims 4 it seems my issues will never end. I can't figure out why this keeps happening repeatedly??? It appears I have no bad cc? I can't really explain it, it happens to all my sims in CAS.  It seems sims 4 has decided to cause me more issues than sims 3.

From what I am able to tell this is a know bug. (assuming graphics drivers have been recently updated)

Suggested tips to try are:

Try playing in laptop mode -- While in-game, go to Options. Click Game Options, and down at the bottom right of screen check Laptop Mode.

Lower graphic settings

Move your Options.ini file out of the Electronic Arts\Sims 4 Folder to your desktop. (This will reset the game options and will regenerate.) Restart the game. Leave your graphics settings at default.

Thanks Mrs.Flynn! I currently have laptop mode on and I have gotten rid of my sims 4 custom content. I'm downloading the newest update for my mac and hoping it helps. Thanks for all your help.  :)

If you have custom content installed and have Laptop mode checkmarked -- Uncheck it. As apparently it is a known hair glitch and you have to uncheck laptop mode to get it to work correctly. Also getting the new OS X Captain update helped to clear it up. Thanks Mrs Flynn.  :)
