I accidentally clicked a wrong button and now I'm unable to see any of my options or mouse please help asap thank you so much

Go into your Sims 3 folder:

\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3

Rename your options.ini file to something like Options1.ini and then run the game. This should reset your options to their default settings.

The games running perfectly fine but I just clicked the wrong button and I'm unable to see my sims needs,,build/buy mode,options,etc. I wish I could send you a picture. If I could just figure out what I pressed on my keyboard then I think everything should be ok

Are you talking about the stuff on the user interface missing? For example:

I have a Birdseye view but I can't see the menu or anything and I can't click on anything

Yes exactly like that. What do you think I should do? I really don't want to reset my sims or anything. I know if I probably press a button or two on my keyboard it will go back to normal but like I said I forgot what I pressed

I had this happen to me in one of my games last week or the week before, just after loading it. I had to reset the town using Nraas's Master Controller. As resetsim * didn't work and neither did quit without saving. Even restoring the previous save didn't help.

If you don't want to try resetting the town or Sim family. There is other tips that might be worth trying in the link below.
