Relationship glitches

I have three sets of sims who have high romance and friendship bars, but I can't get them to become boyfriend or girlfriend. They keep asking to become mates on their whims, but the option never comes up when they talk! They all used to be in relationships with each other, but something happened and I don't know what to do!

First, welcome to forum @ArrowJoy4. As for the glitch, I have to ask did you already use The Sims traditional social menu? it helps to really make sure that the interaction is really missing from the social menu.
