My sim magically surpassing death (xbox360)

I recently tried killing my Sim with Electrocution.  I have her sabotage the tv, then repair it over a puddle twice.  She successfully dies but then when death comes to take her, she gives him a Death Flower.  I thought it odd because I don't have any in their inventories.  I never even harvested and death plant because I don't have any grown.  So I tried to kill her the same way.  She dies but yet again she gives Death a death flower.  Even a third time!  I have no idea where she's getting the death flowers.  Anyone have this happen and know how to get it to stop?

Is your sim unlucky or do you have pets in your household, if so have any of them gone missing recently or have a high relationship with your sim?

No pets in this game I think.

Her traits are Technophobe, snob, coward, natural cook, and friendly.  So I don't think it has to do with her traits. :/
