Can't Purchase ANY Bar in Late Night?

I have more than enough money but when I click on 'Purchase Property', it give me the 'City Hall' Icon then it goes away? What is the deal with that?

Maybe this is the same bug that's been affecting opportunities.  The game is expecting you to go to the City Hall from Sunset Valley, and when it can't find that City Hall in BP, the interaction is cancelled.  Try using your phone instead (Check Real Estate).

I tried this once and my sim just drove to the bar, looked like a living question mark and then dropped the action. I think it's due to that a bar isn't technically a rabbit hole you can go in to to buy it, even though the game may think so. I managed with buying it over the phone/computer instead.
