Pre-made neighborhood (newcrest)
« on: June 14, 2015, 09:53:10 PM »
I have a question. Is there a way to get newcrest already filled in with houses?  Let's say somebody filled up Newcrest with houses etc. Is there a save file just for that neighborhood that I could download and where would I get such a file?  I'm too lazy to download each individual house and fit it perfectly for all umpteen lots. Thanks for any and all help!

Unfortunately, I don't think so. Your comment implies you already know about #BuildNewcrest, so I don't know much advice I can give you. You could make your own fresh save file filled with houses, and then use save as to basically create "new" games copied off of that one world; nothing's happened with the file yet, but the houses are still there. You'd still have to add the houses the first time, but you'd only have to do so once and not every time you open a new game.

It is not a save file but I did find a post of possible houses for Newcrest.  It would save some time looking for houses that fit.

Hope it helps.

Since the world is pretty new anyway, you could make your own save file and use it as a base save for the world. The point of Newcrest is that it entirely up to player to fill the world with their heart desire rather than using the one From EA. And yes if you hate to filled them up over and over again, dedicate your time to fill the world and after you see fit, just make a base save for your future playtrough
