Portable easel mod

A portable easel is something I've been wanting sense we got the paint from reference option. I don't understand why EA didn't make one but someone has helped solved the problem by making a mod to make all easels portable so you can take them with you in you inventory and place it on any lot you are visiting.
It has to be placed on a lot tho so you can't visit a lot then go paint by the lake so it is limited by that but still better than nothing.
