Rent Prices?

Hello guys!

I was just wondering if there's a way to regulate the rent prices in Granite Falls. I was planning to rebuild all the cabins in that place and I wanted the different sims to be able to afford it. I really want to avoid overpricing all the cabins.

So... does the lot value affect the rent price? If so, is there a calculation?

@imayu94 --- Yes the lot value fluctuates based on the lot value.  I added many more expensive upgrades and changes to several cabins, while mainntaining the cabin feel. The next time my Sims visited the rent had increased by §400 per night.  However, I added a few tents to the campground, as well as a full bathroom, and the cost of a night only rose slightly.
