Having played the architect career, I have found two, rather large bugs. I am unsure as to what happened to the last thread I made about this. If you don't think these are bugs, please inform me. I have the following expansions: Ambitions. I have the latest patch.
1. Client relationships: Once you have started a job with a client, your relationship with them will keep on going up until you quit the game. It is a steady rate, and generally gets to full green in one week, approximately.
2. BIG discount: As soon as you join the architect career, all items you purchase cost 40% less. Each and every one. However, the really abusable part of this is that the items, (if you restart the sims) will be worth more then you bought them for. This applies to all items.
