Greeting Patients

Does anyone know how to achieve "Greet 3 Patients" objective? It's been a while and my sim pretty much knows everyone, so introductions don't work anymore. I could always skip it, but it's a shame I can't complete it.

Imayu94, I've had this and all I had to do was socialise with the patients, so anything social "get to know" etc

Yeah I've tried other interactions, but none of them work or count towards the objective.

Oh dear, guess it may be a glitch it the game file?

Have you tried opening another game to see if you can complete the objective?

If this is early in the career, can you treat all your patients first? Also you can try greeting the people who are queuing in the receptionists too. If I am not mistaken they also count toward that goal.

I haven't tried other saves yet, but so far, still none.

Since my sim is progressing well in the career, I get that objective less now. It still bothered me though because after a few days, I knew practically all the patients already, and I can't complete that interaction. Thanks though1
