Tiberium Not Growing?

Hi, I've had some Tiberium on my lot for a while now, but it just doesn't grow to the large size. When I first started in RH, it grew just fine, but towards the end, it wouldn't. I'm not sure if it's a mod conflict or what. I don't know what to do. Thanks!

Keep them away from walls and in wide open spaces.

Also, I've had more luck with them growing while on a surface (table, counter, etc.) than on the ground.
