where do I post suggestions or things I have discovered about the game?

In my road to completing every single aspiration and maxing every skill, I looked to Carl's guide for a little bit of help but I also discovered some things that are missing and some things that I discovered on my own. I decided to share my findings but I don't know where to do so because the forum seems to be primarily questions... like this one... so do I post tips and suggestions on the forum or is there a page somewhere?

The Forum itself tends to be rather sprawling despite our attempts to keep it in order. If you look in the upper righthand corner, there is a search function. If you have a tip on a specific skill or career, you might be able to find a thread already devoted to that subject.
