Buydebug cheat

Sorry if I entered this in the wrong section, but I just registered for the forum.

So, I tried the buydebug cheat for the sims 4 and it didn't work.
It's probably just something that I typed wrong or something, but I tried to solve it myself.

I typed "bb.showhiddenobjects" while testingcheats was enabled (Is that the problem?).
I could really use some help!

It sounds like you did everything right.  When you use this cheat,it isn't obvious that it worked.  It doesn't say anything, and there's no separate buydebug menu.  However, if you search for what you're looking for, you can find it and the other buydebug items.
