Sims 3 crash after aging up sims

When I play my Sims 3 game, it always black screens and crashes shortly after I age up any sim. No Sims 3 error text, just a Window's pop-up that The Sims 3 has sopped responding. Happens every single time.

 I've only recently installed The Sims 3 and 3 expansion packs (Supernatural, Into The Future, Pets) onto my new computer. I have one mod, which is the NRass Woohooer. I installed all the CC from my old computer to this one, and all of them have always worked fine on my old computer. The problem could be that I'm changing from Windows 7 to 8.1, but I doubt it.

Any ideas as to why this is happening or how I can fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading, and have a good day.

Have you tried the crash log analyzer from Mod the Sims ?
They're pretty good. It sounds like maybe a CC problem to me, but I'm not sure.

To go on what HatakeSage had to say, have you tried the crash log analyzer From MTS? It's a program that will read the crash log files and gives suggestions on things to try.

Also something else that might help is to try to load the game without the custom content to see if the game behaves better. How to do that is: Once the launcher is loaded, click on the Installed Content tab. And checkmark where it says to run without custom content.

If the game does run better without the custom content, it maybe that some of it has gone bad.
