Looks like I will need an entirely new column in the cooking page, and will need to direct people there who want to operate any type of food store. This is really solid info. I don't know if I would have got all the prices myself, but we'll never know because you beat me to it. Good stuff. I may end up making pages about different types of retail, just not sure yet.
Doing another career tomorrow. Scientist was great, just as you said it would be, and the numbers came in handy. I think with everything I've done so far I will need to continue a process of refinement. There's just a lot more to these things than meets the eye, and it's good because I was afraid the mechanics could be shallow. Instead, they have put a lot of detail into the major features and that was important given there weren't many of them
