Not Able to Enter Cheats for PC

Hello everyone,

I have tried several times to enter in the cheats that were recently posted by Carl on YouTube. The specific video was posted 2 months ago. I used Ctrl + Alt + C when entering the codes. Please help if you can.

If you haven't, try a different key combos - for example Ctrl key on the left side along with the Shift key on right side with the C key all together.

Another program may have this key combo in use or may be interfering with being able to use the cheat console and will need to be turned off or disabled.
