Can Relationships be Corrected?

Right after the genealogy update, my youngest (just aged up) child has incorrect family relationships. She only recognizes her mother (not father, grandparents, or step-brother who are all in same household.   Is there a way to fix this - - cas.fulleditmode won't let me?    If I can't fix the relationships - how can I delete her from the game?  Thanks for any help on this.

Oops!  I was making it too hard...I got the sim deleted in CAS.  Still have one incorrect relationship with an NPC married to one of my Sims. Can't get her to recognize her step son - - oh well.
