Moodlets from Various Food Levels

I know I saw it listed somewhere what levels of excellent quality food are the threshold for the various moodlets, but I can't find it anywhere.  Does anyone have this information?  The only thing I think I know about it is that level 7+ gourmet cooking is needed for an epic meal, giving a 6 hour +3 happy moodlet at excellent quality, and +4 at impeccable quality.

My sim has maxed cooking and gourmet but still havn't cooked anything with quality exceed excellent, what's the secret?

You have to have the stoves and grills master reward from the outdoor retreat pack to get impeccable quality.
