Bassinet Twins

I'm new to S4 but have played S3 for some while. When one of my Sims became pregnant I bought a Bassinet in advance, as I always did on S3. When the baby arrived another bassinet appeared with a baby in and as usual I was asked to name the new arrival. What I didn't notice initially was that another baby had appeared in the original bassinet at the same time. For all intents and purposes they are identical twins - same gender & same name. I can edit clothes & appearances separately and they both work as independent characters but I cannot change the name of either. Anyone else had a similar experience?

I did once end up with twins having the same name, although I think my situation was just me not paying attention. I think you will have to wait until they age up to change one of the names. You can do that in CAS.

When they are children you can use the cas.fulleditmode cheat to edit their names in CAS.  I have also used this to gender swap the 4th boy to a girl.
