I lost my houses, furniture and my sim family is withering,

I'm not sure what I did. I moved them to a new house and the lot is empty, though the map shows there is a house. I built a new house and it shows on the map but it's gone as well. i emptied my cache and that did not help. All the houses on the map show rock bottom furniture less prices, even though i have upgraded all of them except one.

I uninstalled Sims 4 and reinstalled it 3 times. I reset my computer, and then redownloaded. HELP please?

Help with completely removing Sims and starting over would be a welcome option as well.

This sounds more like a gameplay bug than something technical. However, this problem sounds very familiar to me, so I did some more digging and found this:

I thought it was fixed officially, but apparently it's not. So trying the tips given may help.
