2 BR Starter

Name:  Rooms for More
By, Origin ID: Joria
Lot Size: 30x20
Type: 2 br 2 b residential
Gallery Price: $14,994

I don't think I could have made this house more vanilla though I really tried for a bit more flavor and style.  The issue here was make it cheap and so I did.  A bit better bed for both bedrooms but sorely lacking in curb appeal and skill items.  My work page said it was closer to $16,000 in price so that's where I stopped.  There is a tv and a kids book case.  It can easily be jazzed up and there is room for expansion which would be needed for the Rivalry Challenge.  Hope it suits and if you like, remember to click the heart.

That actually looks just like what Iuse for a starter house.  Simple yet larger rooms to start with and room to expand. And I really like that you were able to get a 2nd bathroom in there too.

Thanks! Joria

Thank you, Teresa.  It really is very plain at the moment but I'm planning on sprucing it up, which of course means it will cost a lot more but if it isn't for a founder that would work.  I was so itching to really landscape and pretty it up but wanted to keep the cost very low.  Just finished a mansion today so will be posting that soon.

Great starter house Joria. Mine often tends to be single bedroom only. I can never resist sprucing them up. :D Hence, I ran out of money fast.

I really hate leaving a house I like all plain but then I get carried away and no one can afford them!  Like you, I want them to be perfect and beautiful no matter what style and I get really grumpy when I have to just let it go all plain.

And even as plain as that is to start, it is a good starting place.  I can generally decorate as I go, but making the initial house is not one of my strengths.  They end up huge and poorly designed.
