Can't Save Sims

I can't save sims to my library. This only started after the last patch. Sims won't save either to the library or to the gallery.

I'm playing on Windows 7 with no custom content and am fully patched.

Hi Devin,

I'm not entirely sure if this will help or not. As I am not finding much on the problem at the moment. But something that's been said in the EA forums and Answers.ea.com. It might be due to the December patch update unchecked the "Include Custom Content" box in the My Library "Advanced" section.  Unfortunately the checkbox doesn´t appear in offline mode.

So that might be something to look into?
