Screenshot help needed

My screenshots are showing up with all the thought bubbles, action bars, and assorted things which show on my screen instead of being a clean, empty shot.  How do I remove all the extra stuff so I get a nice, clean picture?  Here's an example of what I mean by the cluttered shot.

In the options menu (top left of screen) go to 'Game Options'. Click on the 'Controls and Camera" and uncheck the "capture UI" tick box.  :)
