Mixology bar not working

Can anyone offer advice/suggestion on how to resolve this issue - I have a 2-level bar (dance club) and the three bars are being attended by mixologists on the bottom level, but the upper level has no bartender. And no bouncer. I do have the Twallans story progression mod installed, and when I click on the bar that is not working, all I get is the Nraas option. I can "register" the bar to assign an unemployed sim as the mixologist, but nothing happens. I have tried deleting it and adding a new one, but that did not resolve the issue. I have no options to order bar food, drinks, converse with the mixologist, etc., on this one.

I've never played a Mixologist or played with bars. So I'm not sure if I can offer any help other than have you tried resetting the town?

Reset Town:
Try resetting the whole town, in Edit Town mode - Press Shift-Ctrl-C keys together to bring up cheat console and then type in resetsim *

Thanks for the advice Mrs. F! I have tried that, and that didn't resolve the issue sadly I didn't have a problem with it until I recently installed the mods, but it's just odd that it's the only bar in the building that has the problem. All the others were automatically assigned mixologists to them and have no issues - so it's got me stumped!

Are you fully patched? I remember a glitch with mixology bars a while back. Try replacing the one/s that are not working.

Yup! Fully patched But I will try replacing the bar and see what happens. Thanks!
