Late Night Redemption

I've bought "Late Night" extension pack and got a card about the redemption.
However, I tried to access the page with the link provided. The website claimed "Page Not Found".
I have the same experience before with "High-end Loft".
Does anyone have this problem?

Did you get your game from Gamestop?  If you did then we are talking about the same website.  I also had problems but eventually it worked for me.  Here is the website address:  http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/LateNightRedeem;jsessionid=0EC01B1C8FDA4605656AB811C2C54315


That link is only if you purchased the game from Gamestop and have a unique code.

I bought "Late Night" from the retailer in Hong Kong.
I got a card with the redemption code. However, I can access the web page.

It sounds like a browser issue or maybe you mis-typed the web address.
