Reward Traits No Longer Working :(

I've noticed that some of my sims reward traits have stopped working. It is possible that it happened when they moved, but I am not sure. It is really frustrating though.

Has anyone else had this problem?

For example;

My "Observant" sims no longer instantly learn every sims traits upon meeting them.

Most frustratingly, my "Beloved" sims' relationships are decaying. I am pretty upset about this one because I worked really hard to complete the "Friend of the World" aspiration with each an every one of my sims just to have this benefit, and now it's gone.

Beloved is one the the hardest traits to earn, but it does not even work!
