Graphic looks corrupted? Help Please!
« on: October 20, 2014, 04:43:59 PM »
Hello everyone, so I installed The Sims 4, the gameplay is smoothe and works fine, but something is really annoying me. When I start the game it will go like this:

Then when I´m in the neighborhood it would look like this:

Also the traits, wish thumbnails and already-furnished rooms previews look like that.
Sims 2 and 3 works perfect, and the rest of my laptop too. Does anybody have the same problem? Can anyone help me?

Thank you for reading. Hope to have some helpful replies! Blessings!

Hi Irisirch,

Can you tell us what are the specs of your computer? If you don't know how, read this link below. :)

Also, have you updated your video card drivers?  If you haven't, go to the manufacturer's website to download the latest drivers.

Hi, Irisirch.

In addition to providing us the specs of your laptop, can you try something?

In Origin, right-click on The Sims 4 and select Repair Game. Let us know if that fixes the issue.

Hope this helps and happy Simming! :)
