notebook glitch?

hi, all,
one of my sims is working on her gardening, fishing, and herbalism.  her hubby's notebook reflects several categories from his scientist career, fishing, and gardening; however, her notebook only shows her fishing notes.  her gardening level is 7.  what can I do to fix this?  she is unemployed currently, fwiw (for what it's worth).  thanks bunches in advance!

Has she done any grafting?  That's the only way she'll learn the combinations is by doing it herself.  At least, that's how I understood it working.
