do the skill cheats still work since the game patched with new jobs?

hi, im new to the forum but not to the guide for cheats and i've gotten skill cheats to work before but that was a month or 2 ago. i just started playing my game again after taking a break for a month or so  and i was trying to use the skill cheats and i couldnt get any of them to work. im mostly wanting to cheat the skills for the kids. is anyone else having trouble? and if you arent can you  show me an example of how you type a skill cheat for a child sim? thanks for any help.

I have never been able to get fitness cheats, or advance an athlete.  Also the CAS.fulleditmode, no longer works when trying to change the woman's name when she gets married, or change a housemate to parent after marriage.  It worked before but not since the new jobs were added.

Make sure on the fitness skill that you're using:

Stats.set_skill_level skill_fitness X  (where X = the number)

and NOT:

Stats.set_skill_level major_fitness X

It's one of the few skills that uses the skill_ prefix rather than the major_ prefix.
