This modern home features a sunken living room that's made for entertaining.  The ground floor also has a kitchen, study, bathroom, and a large unfurnished room that the owner can use for various purposes.  Personally, I built this for my painter sim to move into when she can afford it and that room will become an artist's studio.

The upstairs has a master bedroom with walk-in closet (inspired by Twinmum) and a full bath/shower.  The second bedroom is unfurnished but the bathroom for that bedroom is furnished.  The new owner can decide the purpose for this bedroom.  Here's some screenshots.

I love it ! It's a great house with an open feeling to it , it makes it look even larger . It sort of reminds me of a studio style type house . Would be great for an artist . You're an amazing builder !

Ooh I love the sunken loungeroom and the way the roof slopes inwards for that section! That part reminds me of the cabin that I honeymooned in! And I suddenly now feel inspired to create that

Thanks - when decorating, I was trying to think like an artist who would want her painting to stand out and be complimented but not overwhelmed by the rest of the decor.
