Max a Sim's Motives Cheat

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question when I try to max out a sim's motive using the testingenabled true it doesn't seem to work. I'm not talking about the one where you shift click the mailbox and choose make all happy, I'm talking about the individual sim. If any one knows information on this that would greatly help me out!

Ah I figured it out. You have to hold SHIFT while moving the mouse left or right and that will change the motive.
