Saving Sims 4 sim with skills intact

Hello,

Is there any way to save a sim that has skills built up and then starting a new game with them? In Sims3 I could save sims to my library and then insert to a new game with job and skills intact. Any tips would be great! The skills take a long time to build.

From Manage Households - Select family or Sim, take them into CAS (click the pencil icon in lower right). Then click the folder in the upper right corner to save to the My Library tab.

In-game - Click on the mirror, dresser or closet and select Change Sim.
