This is my first build - I hope you like it!  There is no CC but I did use one of the TS3 reward lamps in the master bedroom to give the flirty moodlet.  I haven't play tested it yet, so if you find any issues please let me know.

The details are amazing! It's a house for keeps. I can fairly feel the devotion you put into making this house. Truly amazing.

When I start playing for real (legacy-like), I'd want this one when my family has earned at least 150k-200k. I'm going to assume the bills will be outrageous! Now all I need is to take the building craze out of my system so I can finally enjoy Sims 4. I probably spend 90% just making houses. It's much too addicting I've discovered.

This was definitely a labor of love - it probably took 15 hours to build and fully decorate.  Since you are both such great landscapers I would love it if you wanted to gussy up the yard a bit.  Landscaping is my weak spot.

I'm honestly not sure what the bills will look like since I haven't played the lot yet.  I tried to use better quality appliances, electronics, and furniture, but not the most expensive one.  There are a lot of decorative items, so I assume that also adds to the bills.

I love the layout and especially the porch. Well done, Katluvr. It's beautiful and roomy. I have to say that every house posted here so far impresses me. You guys are using the new build mode to great effect and showing off what can be done. I look forward to seeing some crazy designs

I'd love to be your landscape designer lol. I actually like what you've done because it looks exactly how a busy family would probably have their garden... but I've a weakness for make-overs! It's quite amazing how much time you can waste err, spend furnishing etc
