If you have a computer, select the computer and then under social options you can find a pen pal. If you write back and forth for a while you will eventually get the option to ask for a postcard.

I found a cork board that says postcards something. Have not had time to test to see if you can display on there.

If you zoom in enough from behind, that is how this screenshot was taken, iirc. I believe the original screen shot is from reddit.

The walls are down, but it only works if you just put them on the wall.
