Need Sim To Mermaid Mod To Correct Error

I have a Sim, she alone can not change into a mermaid, even with mods. Is there a mod to see why she can't? Any other Sim can change, no problem.
Edit: I have tried mods to turn her into one, nothing makes her turn, no matter what. I even have a mermaid elixir that doesn't work.

Is your sim already a supernatural? Only ask because I had that problem with my fairy sim. I could only change them into a mermaid by eating the mermaid kelp once they were not a supernatural.

Yep, but even if she's human she won't turn. I saved her to the family bin as a human.
