Sims stuck in the ground

Hi, I am in utopia ( in the future) and one of the resident sims is stuck in the ground, She keeps calling out, but I don't know how to release her. Any ideas would be helpful.

1) Open the cheat window - press Control + Shift + C at the same time on your keyboard.
2) You should see a box appear in the top left of the screen.
3) Type resetSim Firstname Lastname and then hit Enter on your keyboard.
4) Example: the resident sim's name is John Doe, you would type resetSim John Doe (and press Enter).

I agree with resetting the sim as Nutella said, but I would also check on this sim a little further.  Every time I've had this happen, there's been something wrong with the sim's clothing (and it's usually always work clothing).  You can change their outfit, and it seems to fix them where it doesn't happen again (to that sim, anyway).  At first I thought it was only CC clothing that caused this, but the one I changed a couple of days ago wasn't CC but still caused the sim to be invisible and "in the ground."
