Saving Sims to Gallery

I couldn't find a subject like this anywhere else but I as curious.   Is there a way to save a Sim to your gallery without saving skills, reward traits, etc?  There was a Sim born in my dynasty but at this point it looks like the only way to get him clean would be to find a file where he was a bassinet slave and age him up and save him fresh from that to get him clean.

I think you can make an identical twin and then delete the original and the twin should be clean of all skills, etc. Would that work for your purposes?

Take them into CAS, make a twin and delete the original. That's what I had to do with one of mine.

Thank you both!  That is exactly what I wanted to do.  I obviously didn't even think of that! Now I can use my dynasty pollinator in other things!
