10 ways to die

Ooh, a Life Book sounds neat. It would be fun if for Immortal Dynasties writing was a skill you had to max, instead of Gardening.

What are you guys doing that you're having people die of laughter or embarrassment?  I haven't had it happen but I'm wondering if you have to push it.

So far I haven't had any emotion-related death happen.  Many people are saying that it just happens randomly for them, so it may be a bug? I don't know.  I always experience the emotions in "stages," and I've never had it go higher than the second "stage." (Very Playful, Very Angry, Very Embarrassed.) That normally gives me enough time to calm my sims down.

One of my Sims just got very embarrassed which is the second stage but she just hid under the covers. I think you have to just keep repeating what they are doing that made them embarrassed to get them to keep getting more and more pent up with the emotion. All she was doing was flirting with a guy and apparently he wasn't having it and I kept repeating the action and after a couple times she got more embarrassed. So I assume if you keep doing that they will eventually die from it? I'm scared to test it out lol.

Over exertion was how my first sim created was laid to rest. In his elderly state he just was not able to keep up with his young adult girlfriend and kicked the bucket.

There are some hints about a book of life (you can do once you max either writing career or writing skill), I hope we see some information about it soon. It could be like the death flower - I hope!

I had two sims dying from embarassment because both toilets were broken. The one with a little handiness could not succeed in repairing a toilet and they both dyed very fast when they wetted themselves.
