Hash tag question

I wanted to download some of the builds our great builders have made so I put my Sim on an empty lot, went into build mode and called down the gallery.  I "searched" for #carlsguide but nothing showed up.  Even on my main page, pre-game, I cannot get any for this forum and don't always remember the names of those who have built and put them on the gallery.  Is anyone else having this problem or am I doing something incorrectly?  I was able to get several homes from a couple of favorite builders on the Sims4 forum, but I want "our" homes.

Make sure that when you are searching that you have it set to ALL on the far, upper left.  Choices are ALL MAXIS FOLLOWING.  You want ALL.  And the default under that is favourites I think so you'll need to change that as well.  This is something they should fix so you don't have to always switch to what should really be the default search.
