Disappearing Mounted Fish

Does anybody else have an issue with the graphic of the mounted Angelfish? I haven't gone through all the fish yet, but the fish's body vanishes when it's mounted and put on the wall, and only reappears when I hover the mouse over it.

I've shut the game down but not reloaded since I experienced this, so there's a chance that it's corrected, but I've tried every trick short of restarting the game or reinstalling it again.

I haven't seen this but my sims become uncontrollable every morning when all the writing royalties come in. I have to save and exit to main menu, then reload again. 
I can highlight/point with the mouse but not click, if you see what I mean. I guess it's another wee thing that needs fixing.

It's probably not a game killer if the fish is still 'there' in terms of your collection, I guess you just have to remember where you put it!!

You can see the plaque, just not the fish. Hold on, I have a picture.



You can see the plaque and the fins, but not the main body of the fish. Clearly it's some kind of a graphics glitch. This picture was taken after exiting and reopening the game, too :-/ The other fish that are mounted on the wall look as they should, it's only the Angelfish that's having issues with this.

My sims also reset at odd times, like when they first wake up in the morning.

Does look strange, my sims reset quite often after they get out of bed. It's like all of a sudden they're at the foot of the bed and the queued up actions are gone.

It's getting better. This picture was taken after reloading the game. At first, there was nothing for the body of the fish, then it was black and white, now it's all white. Maybe the next time I load it, it's going to be there lol
