Tattoos?

Where are they in CAS?  Can I give them to Sims other than those I directly created in CAS?

You have to zoom in on the Body circle in CAS and there's a Tattoo option. And you can't give them to Sims outside of CAS yet. Maybe in a future expansion, like with Sims 3.
