Random Strangers Coming in home

So I am new to playing the sims 4 and when I log on, I see Random Strangers in my house. It makes me really mad beacause the are acting like they live there. They do everything that my sims would do. I cant figure out what to do. Please HELP!!!!

Hi JHerup,

With the newest patch, some lots are now set to generic.  Try evicting your family and reset the lot type to make it stop. Then move them back in.

It's been suggested to try having the Sims leave the lot and go back. The other Sims not living there should be gone.

It looks like this has been happening since December's patch.
