Serenade While Flirty

One of my sims has the Aspiration goal to "Serenade while Flirty" only the option never comes up. I've only seen "Serenade" available when a sim is inspired. Does anyone know how to do it?

I know I've seen it between my married couple at least once but I don't know the emotional states when it popped up.  I'll watch for it now.

The way I did it was to drop a plumbob lamp with the flirty emotion enhancer in the room to force my sim into being flirty at the rattlesnake bar.  I had her guitar in her inventory and was around skill level 6 or 7 and kept firing off interactions until serenade finally showed up.

Emotion enhancing decorations really help get things done!

My sim just sang to his girlfriend. They were both Very Flirty. I was cringing thinking it was going to be one of those 'bad' interactions that go wrong but a flood of love hearts floated around them as he sang to her. It was actually quite cute.

*edited* My sim has the serenade option often when he has a flirty moodlet and an inspired moodlet. So he is flirty because of interactions with his girlfriend and inspired because of a thoughtful shower or a room item such as a plumbob lamp etc. Then the serenade option becomes available.

If your sim plays an instrument serenade is always an option if a romantic interest is around. I just took a steamy shower then used the serenade option on the instrument.

I think they have to be at level 6 on the instrument to get the "serenade" option.

The easiest way i found to do this was to stack a whole lot of romantic interactions including flirty jokes to get the bar high enough for the option to serenade to show up, at first it told me something about it not being high enough, so after some more rounds of flirty jokes and various interactions the option to serenade filly showed up.. I was going to do the shower but didn't want to take the chance the npc my sim was trying to woo would leave before my sim could pluck up the courage to ask for a date.

There are 2 Serenade options. The common is under inspired emotion social interaction. Serenade while flirty is an musical aspiration step that requires to have at least lvl 6 for any instrument and be in a flirty emotion to perform.
