Astronaut Daily Task "Space Mission"
« on: September 05, 2014, 03:07:58 PM »
Once you hit level 8 in the Astronaut career, your daily task becomes "Space Mission"

It took me a while to figure out how to complete it. You have to build a rocket ship. You need a lot of space to do it too, the object itself is pretty large. It also takes a long time to build, so I suggest getting started on it as early as you can afford it.

Once it's completed, you just have to "Explore Space" to complete your daily task.

You complete the task you have explore space twice before the next shift of work.

Doing anything in space counts as one of those options, like woohooing or a anti gravity workout etc.
I made a wrong choice in the txt adventure and the space ship returned all broken and cost $1000 to repair as well as time to repair as well. So now if I'm pushed for time before the next work shift I use the work out option. Its quicker and there's no txt adventure, as you can quit it just after your sims rocket takes off and it still counts against your works daily tasks.
