Site standard for screenshot size?

I have some screenies for Sims4 I'd like to share but do not know the standard size we like to have here.  Is it standard in pixels or what?  When I go into edit for these screenies the size shows as 100x100 percentage or 1920x1080 pixels.  I know if the pictures are an incorrect size they can appear in the forum cut off on the sides.

If I remember correctly, I think it 800px x 600px

Drat.  I thought so as well and that's unfortunate because my editor won't do that.  My screenies are really horizontal rectangles and if I change one number the other also changes but not the correct way because of the original size.  Guess I'll have to play around with it and see what I can do.

Joria, if you have your program set to keep proportions and resize the box with 1920 in it to 800, it should automatically change the second box to 450. 800x450 is still within the site guidelines and won't distort your image because that's the natural proportions for that size. 800x600 was more common with older CRT monitors that weren't widescreen. This size also won't make the post abnormally long and mess with any forum tables within the post.

Thanks Enchanted.  That's exactly what I did and posted the pics as well.  Now if I could just keep from crashing I'll be a happy camper.
