Combined Pet Park?

Is there a way to make a park that is dog, cat, and horse park combined? Or at least a dog and cat park? I know there's a specific lot assignment for each but if I put specific items for each type of pet in one park will pets/pet owners go there? I'm trying to free up some lots and I'm thinking of building a pet park that caters to all pets to save space.

The lot assignment will have to stay specific (example: dog park), but you can edit the lot to add cat items, dog items, and horse items in.  Pets/pet owners will go there, however be careful of routing issues (too many items in one spot).
