Teenagers with High Skill Levels

How can I get my Teenagers with high skill levels in music or sport...etc...able to "Try to Impress Celebrities”?  Right now they can only ask for Autographs or take pictures.  I would like my high skilled teenagers to be able to Try to Impress Celebrities and become friends.  Is this possible?

No, the only way is for them to age to YA. I've never had the option for teens to impress celebrities, but it seems reasonable to me.

If it's an option, then the way to impress Celebrities is to talk about the skill and jobs they the celebrity likes, and the skills associated with their career.
